- Services 1.1 The Radeja Group provides Software design, development, and related services (“Services”) to individuals and businesses. 1.2 Our Services may include Software creation, Software maintenance, Software optimization, digital marketing, and other related services as agreed upon between The Radeja Group and the client.
- Client Obligations 2.1 By engaging our Services, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. 2.2 You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the provision of our Services. 2.3 You are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for the content you provide for your website or any other material used in relation to our Services.
- Intellectual Property 3.1 The Radeja Group retains all intellectual property rights to the designs, graphics, code, and other elements created by us in the course of providing our Services. 3.2 You retain ownership of any content you provide for your website. However, you grant The Green Digital a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing our Services.
- Payment Terms 4.1 The fees for our Services shall be as agreed upon between The Radeja Group and the client. 4.2 Payment terms, including the amount and schedule, will be specified in the project proposal or contract. 4.3 Failure to make payments in a timely manner may result in the suspension or termination of our Services.
- Confidentiality 5.1 The Radeja Group and the client agree to treat all confidential information obtained during the provision of our Services as strictly confidential. 5.2 The Radeja Group shall take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and security of client data and information.
- Limitation of Liability 6.1 The Green Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services. 6.2 The Green Digital’s liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
- Termination 7.1 Either party may terminate the agreement for any reason by providing written notice to the other party. 7.2 Termination of the agreement does not relieve the client of any outstanding payment obligations. 7.3 Upon termination, any licenses granted to The Green Digital regarding the client’s content will cease.
- Governing Law 8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TheRadeja Group is located. 8.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
- Modifications to the Terms 9.1 The Radeja Group reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. 9.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
